As a fully qualified Personal Trainer level 3, I have more than 7 years' experience working with clients of all levels of fitness and ability. 

Whether you want to improve your fitness, gain strength, lose weight or train for a specific event, I can help. I will provide a bespoke training plan that is targeted to your individual goal, that fits in with your lifestyle. 

 

 I will work with you to set realistic, achievable targets and provide friendly feedback on your progress. I offer an initial consultation and then training can be purchased as blocks of different lengths, depending on your goal or budget.

Build core strength

All functional movements are highly dependent on the core muscles of the body. I can help you build core muscle strength which will yield great results in the rest of your training.

 

Within just a few weeks you will see improvements in your strength and core fitness stability.

Exercise for weight loss

If your goal is to lose weight without having to starve yourself, I can help. 


 I will provide you with a personalised exercise plan that will help you see results. I can also provide diet analysis and nutrition advice for optimal results, working within any specific dietary needs.

Event or race training

I offer both functional movement and pylometrics training, which can be used to train for specific events, races or competitions.

 Functional movement allows you to target specific muscles used during particular activities, while plyometrics exercise allows you to improve your power, strength and speed.

Barefoot
running

I’ve been running barefoot since 2009 and it's changed the way I look at exercise.

Being barefoot engages your core and improves balance and stability, allowing the rest of your body to get a more efficient workout.
I can advise on barefoot technique and the best "barefoot shoes".
