Build core strength
All functional movements are highly dependent on the core muscles of the body. I can help you build core muscle strength which will yield great results in the rest of your training.
Within just a few weeks you will see improvements in your strength and core fitness stability.
Exercise for weight loss
If your goal is to lose weight without having to starve yourself, I can help.
I will provide you with a personalised exercise plan that will help you see results. I can also provide diet analysis and nutrition advice for optimal results, working within any specific dietary needs.
Event or race training
I offer both functional movement and pylometrics training, which can be used to train for specific events, races or competitions.
Functional movement allows you to target specific muscles used during particular activities, while plyometrics exercise allows you to improve your power, strength and speed.

I offer online training tailored to you. I will write you customised workouts, and can provide video call training sessions as regularly as you'd like. I'll guide you on completing exercises correctly and safely, and keep you accountable for your training.
