Do I need to be fit to train?
Short answer: no! I work with clients of all levels of fitness, age and ability. As with anything, you need to be prepared to work hard to see the best results.
Can I lose weight without dieting?
Do you offer group training?
Yes! I have lots of experience running classes and group exercise sessions - contact me today to discuss your requirements.
I'm not a member of a gym - can I still train with you?
Absolutely! For the past seven years I've worked at Alive Gym, based in central Brighton. You don't need to be a member at Alive to attend personal training sessions - you can just book PT. If you'd like to, you can also purchase day passes for the gym if you'd like to come and work out by yourself.
