I specialise in core strength and stability, functional movement and plyometrics, but I have a broad base of knowledge to help achieve targets.

Following a diet programme can help you lose weight initially, but the key to staying healthy and keeping the weight off is lifestyle change. I will devise a programme of exercise for you.
I’ve been running barefoot since 2009 and it has changed the way I look at exercise completely. I used to suffer with lower back pain until I began working out shoeless or in “barefoot shoes” such and Vivo Barefoot and Vibram Five Fingers and since then I have been pain free! Being barefoot engages your core and improves balance and stability, allowing the rest of your body to get a more efficient workout.
All functional movements are highly dependent on the core muscles of the body. I can help you build core muscle strength which will, in turn, improve the rest of your training.
Functional movement is movement that is specific to actual situational actions or “biometrics”. Particular sports or activities have specific movements and the muscles involved are targeted.
Plyometrics is a form of exercise created to achieve quick, strong actions while optimising the nervous system which is ideal for gaining better results in most sports and activities.
Barefoot running is what it says, running barefoot! But there are plenty of shoes out there that can allow the foot to move freely and mimic barefoot and I can give advice and opinions on these.
